Throughout her career, she has successfully combined visionary leadership with operational excellence to strengthen organizations, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and advance missions that transform lives.
With extensive experience in resource development, stakeholder relations, and nonprofit management, Stephanie is recognized for building strong relationships with donors, volunteers, corporate partners, and community leaders. She employs data-driven strategies and collaborative approaches to achieve measurable growth while ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.
Stephanie has held leadership positions with nationally respected organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Indian River County, where she doubled annual revenue to more than $3 million and significantly expanded the organization's donor base through innovative digital fundraising and integrated multi-channel marketing initiatives. She has also led donor and sponsor engagement efforts for the Women Corporate Directors Foundation, Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, and Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business, where she increased donor engagement to more than 70 percent.
Today, Stephanie serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mustard Seed Ministries, where she leads a dedicated team providing food assistance, housing support, and essential services to individuals and families throughout St. Lucie County. Under her leadership, the organization continues to expand its impact while addressing critical community needs with compassion, innovation, and strategic collaboration.
