More than 45,000 Veterans and their families call the Treasure Coast’s St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties home. Many of these Veterans struggle with accessing their earned benefits and other social services that may assist with sustainability and health issues, employment, affordable housing and other human services support.
Mission United Okeechobee & St. Lucie’s Veteran-peer care coordinators helps Veterans and their families identify and connect with support they need to address challenges and barriers to living their best life.

Just as a Veteran would rely on a trusted First Seargent or Chief, Mission United’s caring Veteran-peer navigators have “been there, done that” are here to listen and understand everyone’s unique situation.
Together we will identify needed resources, build and navigate a care plan and provide a warm hand-off to critical Veteran, health, human, and social services in the following areas through personalized care coordination and case management.
