Collaborative Funding Forms
The United Way of St. Lucie County will accept applications for the 2021-2022 funding year (July 2021 - June 2022) in the focus area of Critical Needs beginning March 1, 2021. Outcomes must be from the list of standardized outcomes and indicators and must be chosen from the focus area for which the application is submitted.
The funding application is an on-line application. Current Funded Partners of United Way of St. Lucie have been given information about how to access the on-line application. A manual of instructions for using the on-line application is included. You may find it helpful to print it out to use as you complete the application.
